BREAKFAST FOR ONE

This series is a meditation upon mealtimes during quarantine and how foods' textures and colors become more alive and vibrant as other elements fade away. Inspired by observations on the interaction between light and shadow and the way in which packaging elements can take on a life of their own, each image was shot on 35mm film to allow each moment to take on a meditative and reflective quality.
